Requirements
- College degree relevant to Marketing, Sales, Graphic Design, Web Development, Human Resources, or Recruitment.
- Relevant work experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, graphic design, or web development.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant (preferred).
- Valid NBI clearance.
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
- Quiet work environment with a professional background and decent lighting.
- Reliable wired DSL or Fiber internet connection (at least 10 Mbps down/up).
- Computer with at least 2.4GHz processor, 6 GB RAM, and 1024x768 resolution.
- Operating system: Windows 10 or OS X 10.10+.
- HD 720p 16:9 webcam.
- Headset with a noise-isolating microphone.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and virtual assistance to clients.
- Execute tasks related to marketing, sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Perform graphic design or website development tasks as required.
- Maintain high levels of organization and professional communication.
- Operate effectively in a remote support capacity.
