Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in DTC/e-commerce marketing, content, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience running email campaigns and automated flows in tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or HubSpot.
- Strong writing skills spanning conversion-focused copy and brand storytelling.
- Experience producing and editing video content, specifically short-form vertical video.
- Ability to manage cross-channel content calendars with consistency.
- Comfortable with analytics tools including GA4 and Klaviyo dashboards.
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Own the full email and SMS strategy and calendar, including campaigns and automated flows.
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to increase customer lifetime value and retention.
- Build and refine lifecycle programs such as abandoned browse/cart, post-purchase education, and winback flows.
- Design A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion performance.
- Own the overall content calendar across social, email, landing pages, and UGC.
- Write scripts, website copy, blogs, and landing page messaging.
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media.
- Coordinate with influencer/UGC creators and manage repurposed content.
