- Proven experience in building and shipping developer-first platforms, tools, or APIs.
- Demonstrated success in shipping and iterating products within an agile development environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
- Strong ability to frame technical and business problems, craft strategies, and deliver simple solutions.
- Deep curiosity and user empathy for both developers and business users.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive product discovery to define the who, why, and what of Agent Studio.
- Formulate, align, and communicate the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Agent Studio across the organization.
- Define the abstraction layers like workflow blocks and tool adapters that let users build reliably.
- Partner deeply with engineers, designers, and other PMs to ship builder experiences.
- Build and scale an evaluation culture including golden sets, quality metrics, and ship gates.
- Engage directly with customers and design partners to validate real-world agentic workflows.
