Job Details

Proven experience in building and shipping developer-first platforms, tools, or APIs.
Demonstrated success in shipping and iterating products within an agile development environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to launch and scale products.
Strong ability to frame technical and business problems, craft strategies, and deliver simple solutions.
Deep curiosity and user empathy for both developers and business users.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Drive product discovery to define the who, why, and what of Agent Studio.
Formulate, align, and communicate the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Agent Studio across the organization.
Define the abstraction layers (workflow blocks, memory & tool adapters, eval harnesses, guardrails) that let developers and business users build reliably.
Mock up concepts, write functional specs, cut tickets, and draft copy to push the product throughout its lifecycle.
Partner deeply with engineers, designers, and other PMs to ship delightful, powerful builder experiences.
Shape agile processes and foster team dynamics that encourage continuous learning, rapid prototyping, and eval-driven iteration.
Build and scale an evaluation culture (offline + online) including golden sets, regressions, quality metrics, and ship gates.
Use analytical and quantitative skills to track adoption, cost, latency, and quality managing the business by the numbers.
Stay ahead of the competitive landscape and identify strategic partnerships to strengthen the ecosystem.
Engage directly with customers and design partners to validate real-world agentic workflows.
