Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B software sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and comfort with cold-calling.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently.
  • Genuinely curious, resilient, and coachable mindset.
  • Experience with modern sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bonus: Experience selling into SMB or mid-market.
  • Bonus: Experience selling into nonprofits or education verticals.
  • Bonus: Personal interest or experience in arts/music.

Responsibilities

  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns using cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Continuously test and improve outreach sequences, talk tracks, and messaging.
  • Build outbound prospecting lists using industry databases, web research, and sales tools.
  • Research target accounts to personalize messaging for executive decision makers.
  • Understand customer goals and pain points to conduct effective cold outreach.
  • Book discovery meetings for the sales team with clean handoffs and context.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting targets.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent CueBox.
  • Share prospect feedback with leadership to shape the product roadmap.
