Requirements
- 1–2+ years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B software sales.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and comfort with cold-calling.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently.
- Genuinely curious, resilient, and coachable mindset.
- Experience with modern sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Bonus: Experience selling into SMB or mid-market.
- Bonus: Experience selling into nonprofits or education verticals.
- Bonus: Personal interest or experience in arts/music.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns using cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Continuously test and improve outreach sequences, talk tracks, and messaging.
- Build outbound prospecting lists using industry databases, web research, and sales tools.
- Research target accounts to personalize messaging for executive decision makers.
- Understand customer goals and pain points to conduct effective cold outreach.
- Book discovery meetings for the sales team with clean handoffs and context.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting targets.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent CueBox.
- Share prospect feedback with leadership to shape the product roadmap.
