Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role.
  • Experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales intelligence tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team.
  • Execute consistent, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) to engage dental professionals and corporate partners.
  • Rigorously qualify leads to ensure every meeting booked is a high-value opportunity.
  • Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and provide regular reporting for senior management.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover partner pain points and articulate quip’s B2B solutions.
  • Continuously refine and test outreach scripts and messaging to optimize conversion rates.
