Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales or BDR role.
- Experience in MedTech, Dental, or SaaS is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and modern sales intelligence tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by booking qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Strategic Account Manager team.
- Execute consistent, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) to engage dental professionals and corporate partners.
- Rigorously qualify leads to ensure every meeting booked is a high-value opportunity.
- Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and provide regular reporting for senior management.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover partner pain points and articulate quip’s B2B solutions.
- Continuously refine and test outreach scripts and messaging to optimize conversion rates.
