Responsibilities

  • Identify target accounts and key contacts through research.
  • Engage inbound and outbound leads via discovery calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify potential customers by assessing needs, timing, and decision-making processes.
  • Manage and document activities in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Gong.io.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and lead generation.
  • Craft personalized engagement messages to move prospects down the sales funnel.
  • Participate in training to stay current on industry trends and enhance sales techniques.
