Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within professional services, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
- Experience leading managers and building high-performing regional organizations.
- Proven ownership of commercial metrics including revenue, utilization, margin, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Experience leading complex customer implementations and executive governance.
- Strong understanding of Statements of Work, project governance, scope management, and change control.
- Experience building offshore, partner, or blended delivery models.
- Deep understanding of services delivering enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
- Experience in scientific software, R&D informatics, or regulated research environments (e.g., GxP).
- Familiarity with PSA, CRM, and project governance platforms such as OpenAir, Salesforce, or Jira.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing management team across scientific implementation and regional delivery.
- Drive commercial performance, including ownership of regional services bookings, revenue, utilization, margin, and forecasting.
- Act as the senior professional services leader for strategic EMEA customer engagements and executive governance.
- Strengthen delivery operations by leading resource planning and developing scalable capacity through offshore teams and partners.
- Partner with sales, presales, support, product, and finance to shape service engagements and drive product evolution.
