Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- At least 4 years leading a PM team.
- Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep experience with integrations, workflows, or enterprise platform products.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing API trade-offs, webhooks, and reading documentation.
- Data-informed: able to define tracking events and interpret product analytics.
- Strategic operator mindset with ability to balance high-level direction and tactical execution.
- Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar sprint/task management tools.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Portuguese fluency is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap across all product areas, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the PM team, establishing strong product craft and execution standards.
- Partner with the CTO and founders to align product strategy with business goals and market opportunities.
- Work closely with Engineering to define specs, scope trade-offs, and ensure timely releases.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product adoption.
- Conduct customer discovery and research to inform roadmap decisions.
- Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
- Run sprint planning and release processes with consistency and accountability.
