Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- 4+ years in senior leadership roles such as Director, Head of Product, or Principal Product leadership positions.
- Proven experience leading products with large, diverse user bases (500k+ weekly active users).
- Experience managing products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Deep experience using data, experimentation, and user research to guide product decisions.
- Ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences through written and verbal storytelling.
- Strong product intuition for delivering user experiences in complex or technical domains.
- Ability to translate complex topics such as privacy, security, or AI systems into simple, user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for core privacy-focused products, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Partner with engineering, design, user insights, and data teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve user trust, adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Own and evolve product areas used by large-scale user bases, ensuring high-quality delivery from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging experiments, user feedback, and performance analytics to refine product direction.
- Coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners to raise the overall bar for product thinking and execution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex topics such as privacy, security, and AI into simple, usable product solutions.
- Contribute to company-level product strategy and ensure consistency across multiple product surfaces.
