Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, commercial, or partnerships roles within B2B iGaming, supplier, aggregator, or operator side.
- Solid understanding of B2B iGaming operator decision-making and content evaluation.
- Proven ability to retain and grow a portfolio of operator accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for writing, calls, and presentations.
- Commercially literate with knowledge of revenue share structures and MGs.
- Organized and self-directed time management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with regulated market environments such as MGA, UKGC, or LatAm is a plus.
- Experience coordinating game launches and promotional campaigns is a plus.
- Exposure to aggregator platforms like Hub88, EveryMatrix, or Relax is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of B2B operator accounts.
- Drive net revenue retention and identify commercial upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns including tournaments, bonus campaigns, and featured placements.
- Oversee timely game launches, ensuring operators have necessary assets and documentation.
- Lead regular account reviews and present performance data to operators.
- Support contract renewals and handle commercial queries like revenue share and MG tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance questions and regulatory coordination.
