Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English and German.
  • Proven business development success.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Demonstrated ability to use core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Ability to negotiate, sell ideas persuasively, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Positive and energetic phone presence.

Responsibilities

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Perform cold calls using a variety of sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions.
