Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English and German.
- Proven business development success.
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Demonstrated ability to use core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Ability to negotiate, sell ideas persuasively, and communicate effectively.
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Positive and energetic phone presence.
Responsibilities
- Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Perform cold calls using a variety of sources.
- Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions.
