Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in SDR or BDR roles.
- Prior experience in SaaS Sales is preferred.
- Fluent in German (C2 level or equivalent mastery).
- Fluent in English.
- Experience engaging with potential customers via email, phone, and in-person.
- Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately.
- Fast learner with a passion for new technologies.
- Ability to effectively manage time to complete objectives.
- Proven experience being accountable to metrics and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
Responsibilities
- Research high-value prospects and identify critical IT pain points within the DACH region.
- Schedule quality meetings with IT departments to build the sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads using personal communication methods such as emails and cold calls.
- Engage with prospects to build rapport and establish the value of the platform.
- Participate in classroom-style learning, role-plays, and the company's SDR training program.
- Exceed sales quotas for two consecutive quarters to demonstrate mastery.
