Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in SDR or BDR roles.
  • Prior experience in SaaS Sales is preferred.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level or equivalent mastery).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience engaging with potential customers via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Fast learner with a passion for new technologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage time to complete objectives.
  • Proven experience being accountable to metrics and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research high-value prospects and identify critical IT pain points within the DACH region.
  • Schedule quality meetings with IT departments to build the sales pipeline.
  • Generate qualified leads using personal communication methods such as emails and cold calls.
  • Engage with prospects to build rapport and establish the value of the platform.
  • Participate in classroom-style learning, role-plays, and the company's SDR training program.
  • Exceed sales quotas for two consecutive quarters to demonstrate mastery.
