Requirements
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on-keyboard execution experience in paid media buying across multiple platforms.
- Strong ability to operate independently with attention to detail regarding performance and budget management.
- Proven track record of test-and-learn approaches, data-driven decision-making, and creative execution.
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude for work efficiency.
- Experience with SQL and product/data analytics tools like Posthog and BI platforms such as Superset or Looker.
- Bonus: Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Bonus: Experience acquiring B2B or marketplace/two-sided advertisers.
- Bonus: Background in ad-tech or DSPs.
- Bonus: Direct experience creating and storyboarding ad concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design, run, and read structured paid marketing tests on new growth channels.
- Optimize and monitor campaign performance by adjusting bidding strategies, audience targeting, managing budget pacing, and creative testing.
- Support technical operations for existing/new channels, including QA conversion mapping and ensuring accurate performance tracking.
- Manage channels against internal goals and KPIs, adjusting spend toward incremental growth.
- Own creative strategy across channels, including concept ideation, creative team direction, and tailoring messaging for specific platforms.
