Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Contract Administration, Customer Operations, Billing Operations, or Operations Coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and objection handling.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own contract lifecycle management from initiation through execution.
- Maintain accurate records of contract status, terms, and customer information.
- Manage and update contract trackers using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Conduct outbound customer outreach via phone and email regarding contracts.
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Prepare daily reports on outreach activity and contract progress.
- Support billing, collections, and AutoPay enrollment workflows.
