Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Contract Administration, Customer Operations, Billing Operations, or Operations Coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with DocuSign.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and objection handling.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own contract lifecycle management from initiation through execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract status, terms, and customer information.
  • Manage and update contract trackers using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Conduct outbound customer outreach via phone and email regarding contracts.
  • Maintain and ensure data accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Prepare daily reports on outreach activity and contract progress.
  • Support billing, collections, and AutoPay enrollment workflows.
