Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- At least 2+ years at a Senior level within a fast-growing, global organization.
- Proven experience managing the entire employee lifecycle across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Expert-level administration experience with HiBob or a comparable global HRIS.
- Advanced data proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index/Match).
- Solid baseline knowledge of global payroll administration and compliance practices.
- Proven track record of translating raw HR data into dashboards and executive insights.
- Experience handling sensitive employee relation escalations or complex leave/benefits cases.
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience preparing compliance data for audits.
- High-ownership mentality with the ability to work independently as a proxy for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HiBob administration, including data quality audits and system integrity monitoring.
- Design and build HRIS workflow enhancements and administer complex edge-case scenarios.
- Own the onboarding journey design and end-to-end experience delivery.
- Manage and track Leave of Absence requests in line with global policy and compliance.
- Serve as the tier-2 escalation point for complex or sensitive employee relations issues.
- Administer global benefits programs and perform regular reconciliation processes.
- Supervise payroll administration and provide backup payroll processing coverage.
- Develop and track key People metrics through dashboards and data models.
