Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate Finance, or similar operations roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, complex spreadsheets, large datasets).
- Ability to complete an Excel-based assessment.
- Strong task management skills for multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience creating reports, trackers, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience interpreting financial and legal documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial application submissions and support financing processes.
- Assist with equity, construction, and permanent loan closing activities.
- Manage Know Your Customer (KYC), due diligence requirements, and secure document submissions.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and operational requirements across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor compliance activities, including cost certification and IRS Form 8609 processes.
- Maintain financing calendars, project trackers, and data rooms.
- Build, maintain, and improve Excel-based trackers, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, investors, and lenders to support project execution.
- Analyze financial and operational performance data to support reporting and budgeting.
