Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or Shared Services (SSC/BPO).
- Direct hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
- Thorough understanding of core accounting structures (multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, AP/AR).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data reconciliation and analysis.
- Outstanding English communication skills with comfort working across international regions.
- Prior experience with Deltek Maconomy ERP (preferred).
- Exposure to data workflows, system integrations, or API mapping (preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
- Experience with financial automation, RPA, or digital transformation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end financial workflows including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications.
- Act as the functional platform expert in Mediaocean software (Prisma, Spectra) to configure system settings and workflows.
- Monitor and maintain data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data consistency.
- Serve as the operational liaison between agency finance teams, Shared Services, and IT.
- Produce and analyze media financial reports and support month-end close operations.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.
- Partner with transformation squads to implement workflow automations and AI-enabled billing validation.
