Requirements
- Basic knowledge of financial tools and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Slides.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and organize information.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling financial data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams from different areas and backgrounds.
- Flexibility and resilience to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of responsibilities, and contribute to process improvements.
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administration is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering is valued.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through email to support financial requests and maintain clear information flow.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and support payment and receivables tracking activities.
- Prepare and issue invoices while ensuring financial documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate information with operational teams to support financial processes and client requirements.
- Assist with the collection and organization of supporting documents for clients and internal records.
- Support the preparation, analysis, and delivery of requested financial information.
- Perform data entries and updates within ERP systems.
- Create, maintain, and update financial reports, spreadsheets, and control documents.
- Consolidate physical and digital process documentation for client submissions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows.
