  • Ability to support administrative, bookkeeping, billing, reporting, and data entry tasks.

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • Reliable remote workspace with a fast computer, quality internet, camera, microphone, and speakers.
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (preferred).
  • Experience with bookkeeping or financial record keeping (preferred).
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, and Google Workspace (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and emails to support team communication.
  • Complete entry-level bookkeeping tasks including recording expenses and organizing receipts.
  • Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members.
  • Provide account access, usage reports, and data analysis support.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for internal and client-facing reports.
  • Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and perform data entry.
  • Coordinate company-wide gifts, events, and special projects.
  • Manage holiday, time-off, and schedule variation calendars.
