- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Reliable remote workspace with a fast computer, quality internet, camera, microphone, and speakers.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (preferred).
- Experience with bookkeeping or financial record keeping (preferred).
- Experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, and Google Workspace (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and emails to support team communication.
- Complete entry-level bookkeeping tasks including recording expenses and organizing receipts.
- Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members.
- Provide account access, usage reports, and data analysis support.
- Perform quality assurance checks for internal and client-facing reports.
- Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments.
- Maintain and update internal databases and perform data entry.
- Coordinate company-wide gifts, events, and special projects.
- Manage holiday, time-off, and schedule variation calendars.
