Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS and ATS platforms.
  • Support employee lifecycle stages including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.
  • Contribute to local employment law compliance and data protection processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks for background checks, employment authorization, payroll, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage and respond to HR inquiries using the Manage Engine ticketing tool.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
  • Assist with benefits administration and performance management activities.
