Requirements

  • 1–2 years in Sales Ops, SDR Ops, or RevOps supporting AE/SDR teams.
  • Salesforce admin fundamentals: objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, queues, flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Practical experience or strong aptitude with ChiliPiper routers, queues, and calendar management.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Basic SQL skills for data lookups and simple joins.
  • Ability to create clear, structured documentation and maintain operational runbooks.
  • Strong collaborative communication skills to work across SDR, AE, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end inbound lead and meeting routing in Salesforce and ChiliPiper, including round-robin and territory-based rules.
  • Maintain fair distribution for AEs and SDRs, including defining weighting logic and exception workflows.
  • Define and enforce lead lifecycle definitions and SLAs across MQL, SAL, SQL, and demo stages.
  • Administer ChiliPiper calendars, router logic, queues, and no-show/rebook flows.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce sales performance dashboards for routing health and conversion tracking.
  • Partner with sales leadership on capacity planning, territories, and coverage simulations.
  • Document processes, routing policies, and troubleshooting guides for GTM teams.
