Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, administration, or a similar field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exposure to SaaS, Professional Services, or project-based environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, billing, project budgets) is preferred.
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Convert closed opportunities into active projects within Salesforce and PSA systems.
- Ensure project setup is accurate and aligned with financial requirements.
- Review and generate quotes for standard service offerings using predefined templates.
- Maintain data accuracy by updating records within Salesforce and related systems.
- Manage queue-based requests within defined SLAs to reduce turnaround times.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to workflows and automation.
- Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify request inputs.
