L&D Coordinator

Build onboarding materials and online programs for new hires across growth and editorial teams using established frameworks.
Track completion data, quiz scores, and skill baselines, keeping reporting trackers current.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, setup, and feedback collection.
Maintain the L&D Slack channel with recaps, upcoming sessions, and team resources.
Support intern and shadowing programs with onboarding and logistics.
Maintain compliance training materials and templates for subject-matter experts.
Draft original training content such as modules, decks, and videos as you grow in the role.
