- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles as a strategic advisor.
- Proven B2B paid social experience.
- Track record of managing and scaling programs for enterprise-level or complex accounts.
- Deep proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit, and Snap.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and uncover insights.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Lead channel-specific paid social strategy for complex, multichannel accounts.
- Serve as the day-to-day paid social strategist for large, complex paid media accounts.
- Own the paid social component of client roadmaps, aligning strategy with business objectives.
- Maintain accountability for paid social budget management, forecasting, and profitability.
- Establish and enforce paid social processes and best practices using tools like Asana and Qontrol.
- Partner with Client Partners and activation teams to deliver cohesive strategies.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams through coaching and effective delegation.
