Requirements
- 4–6 years of social media experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Expertise in LinkedIn strategy and algorithm optimization for business audiences.
- Platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting skills suitable for B2B topics.
- Ability to shoot, edit, and produce short-form video and graphic assets.
- Data fluency to extract, interpret, and present performance metrics.
- Experience managing executive-generated content and influencer programs.
- Ability to use AI tools for research, briefing, and reporting productivity.
- Proficiency in Sprout Social, Asana, and Figma is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own PandaDoc's social strategy, including content pillars, platform priorities, and tone of voice aligned with GTM goals.
- Plan and execute organic social content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
- Produce visual and video content, including shooting and editing short-form video and creating graphics.
- Build and manage influencer programs and support executive-generated content (EGC) programs.
- Own social listening and community engagement to monitor brand and competitor mentions.
- Partner with Paid Media to ensure organic and paid social alignment.
- Build and run performance reporting cadences to track experiments and results for leadership.
