Requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional campaigns, ideally at the intersection of product marketing and social media.
- Strategic operator mindset with the ability to build frameworks and lead processes.
- Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple workstreams.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and organic best practices, specifically X, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
- Strong knowledge of internet culture, humor, and social-first formats.
- Data fluency, including experience pulling performance data and identifying trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner across product marketing, editorial, and creative departments.
- Familiarity with the PrizePicks brand and the daily fantasy sports industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the organic social team's primary lead in product lifecycle initiatives, spearheading planning, execution, and reporting for product-driven moments.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee social execution for promotional campaigns and recurring promotion initiatives.
- Connect relevant sports and culture storylines to product priorities, translating ideas into made-for-social content.
- Produce and optimize content for distribution across various social channels.
- Develop and own the framework for organic social activation around features and promotional drops, building a repeatable GTM playbook.
- Monitor performance across content, synthesizing insights into reporting to inform future planning.
