Requirements
- Proven experience managing cross-functional campaigns and initiatives at the intersection of product marketing and social media.
- Strategic operator mindset with the ability to build frameworks and lead processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and organic best practices, with a focus on X, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
- Deep understanding of and engagement with internet culture, humor, and social-first formats.
- Data fluency, including the ability to pull performance data, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner across product marketing, editorial, and creative teams.
- Familiarity with the PrizePicks brand, product, and the daily fantasy sports industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the organic social team's primary lead in product lifecycle initiatives, spearheading planning, execution, and reporting for feature launches and ongoing content programming.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee social execution for promotional campaigns and recurring initiatives.
- Connect relevant sports and culture storylines to product priorities, translating ideas into compelling social content.
- Produce and optimize content for distribution across various social channels.
- Develop and own the framework for organic social activation around product updates and promotions, building a repeatable GTM playbook.
- Monitor performance across product and promo content, synthesizing insights into reporting that informs future planning.
- Participate in strategy and campaign planning, ideation sessions, and internal reporting syncs.
