Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • At least 3 years leading the function within a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale operational transformation initiatives (CRM optimization, reporting, process redesign, automation).
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern revenue operations technologies.
  • Experience with CPQ platforms, sales engagement solutions, compensation management, and BI platforms.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen in forecasting, compensation modeling, and pipeline analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in capacity planning and unit economics.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive cross-functional adoption.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within cybersecurity or enterprise technology is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall sales operations strategy, optimizing processes, systems, and data to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • Drive large-scale revenue operations transformation initiatives, including Salesforce data governance, pipeline hygiene, and workflow automation.
  • Build and maintain executive reporting, forecasting models, dashboards, and sales analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee core sales operations functions including pipeline management, territory planning, quota administration, and sales compensation processes.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead lifecycle management, funnel performance, and attribution models.
  • Manage the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM technology stack, ensuring system reliability and scalable automation.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish operational best practices and cross-functional alignment.
