Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a comparable technology sales role.
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to overcome customer objections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and listening abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute sales growth initiatives.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a quota-carrying territory and drive enterprise sales opportunities from initial discovery through contract completion.
- Sell software solutions to organizations seeking modern legal workflow and case management capabilities.
- Promote and demonstrate innovative deposition-focused technology solutions, clearly communicating business value and customer impact.
- Build trusted relationships with prospects by understanding their challenges, goals, and operational needs.
- Develop tailored messaging, presentations, and sales strategies for prospective customers.
- Guide buyers through evaluation processes and ensure alignment with purchasing timelines.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, account development, and collaboration with sales development partners.
- Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance using CRM tools and established sales processes.
