  • 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, and objection handling.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and customer evaluation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Motivation to contribute to a growing organization and take ownership of business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Sell software solutions to enterprise clients seeking advanced matter management and operational solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Clearly communicate product value and business impact to prospective customers.
  • Provide insights that help prospects evaluate solutions and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Develop customized sales messaging and strategies based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Guide prospects through evaluation and purchasing processes while maintaining timelines and expectations.
  • Create territory plans and strategies to increase pipeline generation.
  • Partner with sales development teams to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity reporting through CRM tools.
