Requirements
- 7–10+ years of recent SaaS Product Management experience, with demonstrated ownership of B2B or B2G product strategy.
- Proven experience defining and executing portfolio-level product strategies in complex technology environments.
- Strong background in pricing strategy, market analysis, product positioning, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development, KPI creation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product management practices and tools.
- Experience incorporating AI capabilities into software products or product strategies.
- Experience in EdTech, GovTech, public sector, or regulated markets is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, online training technologies, compliance workflows, or professional certification platforms is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Agile Scrum Product Owner, Scaled Agile, PMI-ACP, or Pragmatic Marketing are preferred.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product portfolio strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, segmentation initiatives, and product positioning efforts to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish pricing strategies and business recommendations that support revenue growth and market competitiveness.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and technical product owners while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Create and maintain product management standards across discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, delivery, and measurement.
- Own strategic roadmaps and prioritization frameworks, balancing immediate business impact with long-term product vision.
- Develop business cases, evaluate investment opportunities, and establish ROI measurement practices.
- Partner with engineering and design leaders to oversee product development from discovery through launch.
- Define product KPIs, adoption metrics, and performance frameworks to track customer outcomes and business success.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
