Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Learning & Development.
- Experience supporting Customer Success teams within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles, renewal processes, and expansion motions.
- Ability to design and deliver onboarding programs, training materials, and playbooks.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience linking enablement activities to business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy.
- Ability to simplify complex information into actionable resources.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools, learning platforms, or enablement technologies is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success leaders to create strategies aligned with retention, expansion, and revenue goals.
- Design and maintain learning programs, playbooks, and resources for customer engagement.
- Own onboarding programs for Customer Success, Implementation, and Professional Services teams.
- Translate performance data and customer insights into practical training initiatives.
- Manage enablement systems, content repositories, and knowledge-sharing tools.
- Facilitate live training, workshops, and coaching to reinforce skills.
- Partner with operations to measure enablement effectiveness through metrics like ramp time and retention.
