Requirements
- Experience in customer success enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale onboarding and training programs.
- Proficiency in managing enablement tools such as LMS, content hubs, and call libraries.
- Strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and tie activities to business outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation skills for leading training sessions and role plays.
- Expertise in creating educational content like playbooks and learning paths.
- Comfort working in a hands-on, lean environment with high visibility.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CS leaders to design and implement enablement programs aligned with business outcomes like NRR and expansion.
- Develop and curate learning paths, playbooks, and frameworks for CSMs, Implementation Specialists, and Professional Services teams.
- Own and execute onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value for new hires.
- Manage enablement systems including LMS, content hubs, and call libraries.
- Partner with CS Ops to link enablement programs to business metrics like ramp time and expansion rates.
- Facilitate live training sessions, role plays, and peer learning initiatives to reinforce skills.
