Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
  • Proven track record in handling customer escalations and driving positive resolutions.
  • Independent problem-solving ability and comfort operating under ambiguity.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Google Suite (preferred).
  • Background in education, district leadership, or educational technology (preferred).
  • Subject matter expertise in Elementary Literacy and/or STEM (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey for a defined book of business from launch through post-sales.
  • Develop and execute success plans to facilitate account expansion and retention.
  • Act as a consultant to district leaders for curriculum strategy and goal setting.
  • Manage implementation project plans and coordinate onboarding for district deployments.
  • Identify and mitigate account risks and project blockers.
  • Analyze usage data to provide actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain expertise in Amplify product suites (Literacy and STEM).
