Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
- Proven track record in handling customer escalations and driving positive resolutions.
- Independent problem-solving ability and comfort operating under ambiguity.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Google Suite (preferred).
- Background in education, district leadership, or educational technology (preferred).
- Subject matter expertise in Elementary Literacy and/or STEM (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey for a defined book of business from launch through post-sales.
- Develop and execute success plans to facilitate account expansion and retention.
- Act as a consultant to district leaders for curriculum strategy and goal setting.
- Manage implementation project plans and coordinate onboarding for district deployments.
- Identify and mitigate account risks and project blockers.
- Analyze usage data to provide actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
- Maintain expertise in Amplify product suites (Literacy and STEM).
