Requirements
- High school degree or higher.
- 1-3 years of customer service, hospitality, medical office, or concierge experience.
- Excellent administrative background, particularly in managing customers over the phone.
- Strong database and systems skills.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to efficiently execute established office routines and policies.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to think and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls, text messages, patient portal communications, and emails within departmental goals and SLAs.
- Handle tasks within the Navigator task management system in a timely and efficient manner.
- Understand regional nuances such as clinic hours and on-site services to assist members and direct requests appropriately.
- Book appointments based on the patient’s desired time and location while adhering to company policy.
- Stay updated on company marketing promotions and offerings to enhance the member experience.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between departments including Care Navigation, Operations, Medical, Revenue, and Billing.
- Screen patients to obtain demographic and appointment information for entry into the CRM and EHR systems.
