Requirements

  • High school degree or higher.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, hospitality, medical office, or concierge experience.
  • Excellent administrative background, particularly in managing customers over the phone.
  • Strong database and systems skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to efficiently execute established office routines and policies.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to think and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls, text messages, patient portal communications, and emails within departmental goals and SLAs.
  • Handle tasks within the Navigator task management system in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Understand regional nuances such as clinic hours and on-site services to assist members and direct requests appropriately.
  • Book appointments based on the patient’s desired time and location while adhering to company policy.
  • Stay updated on company marketing promotions and offerings to enhance the member experience.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between departments including Care Navigation, Operations, Medical, Revenue, and Billing.
  • Screen patients to obtain demographic and appointment information for entry into the CRM and EHR systems.
