Membership Sales Associate

Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text
Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services
Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits
Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings
Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed
Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce
Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested
Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience
Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections to help improve sales processes
