Requirements:
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor degree and above strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, front desk or related experience required.
  • Experience in operations within an urgent care practice, concierge physician office, medical department, or hospital division strongly preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM, EHR and/or tracking database required.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally among departments.
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas.

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with patients to understand their needs and help to find them the best care based on their medical condition.
  • Coordinating physician referrals for patients who need to see specialists inside and outside of the Sollis medical partner’s network.
  • Coordinating requests for private nursing, hospice, and other external care needs.
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines involved with care of the patient to foster a coordinated approach to care planning.
  • Preventing delays in patient care by communicating barriers to leadership for resolution and trending.
  • Researching and facilitating connections with new medical partners, healthcare facilities and services.
  • Updating patient records in Athena Health and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Sending medical records as needed to patients’ physicians.
  • Providing a high-quality patient experience to all Sollis Health members.
  • Partnering with sales and operations teams to suggest process improvements.
  • Performing related duties as required.
