Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium service operations.
  • 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of travel operations, including fare rules and complex itineraries.
  • Experience using GDS platforms, specifically Sabre, for ticketing and itinerary management.
  • Proven ability to manage operational metrics, identify performance trends, and use data to improve outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team coaching and client-facing interactions.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience building processes, SOPs, training programs, or operational frameworks.
  • Familiarity with workflow management or CRM tools.
  • Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach Team Leads across concierge functions to strengthen performance and leadership capabilities.
  • Oversee daily operations including client service, ticketing, trip fulfillment, and process management.
  • Execute real-time operational decisions, resource allocation, and escalation management.
  • Own the end-to-end client experience for premium travelers during assigned shifts.
  • Handle VIP clients and complex cases requiring advanced problem-solving and professional judgment.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, accuracy standards, and team effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support global operational growth.
