Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or premium service operations.
- 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of travel operations, including fare rules and complex itineraries.
- Experience using GDS platforms, specifically Sabre, for ticketing and itinerary management.
- Proven ability to manage operational metrics, identify performance trends, and use data to improve outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team coaching and client-facing interactions.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to remain effective in high-pressure situations.
- Experience building processes, SOPs, training programs, or operational frameworks.
- Familiarity with workflow management or CRM tools.
- Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach Team Leads across concierge functions to strengthen performance and leadership capabilities.
- Oversee daily operations including client service, ticketing, trip fulfillment, and process management.
- Execute real-time operational decisions, resource allocation, and escalation management.
- Own the end-to-end client experience for premium travelers during assigned shifts.
- Handle VIP clients and complex cases requiring advanced problem-solving and professional judgment.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, accuracy standards, and team effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and support global operational growth.
