Requirements
- Proven experience in SMSF administration.
- Deep understanding of Australian accounting, tax, and superannuation legislation.
- Strong technical accounting skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience managing the end-to-end preparation of SMSF financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory lodgements.
- Familiarity with Class or similar SMSF administration software.
- Experience supporting audit processes and coordinating with external SMSF auditors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with an interest in operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMSF customers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of financial statements and tax returns.
- Handle complex SMSF structures and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance obligations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Accounting teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Stake Super products and services for colleagues and customers.
- Support the operational scaling of the SMSF service offering.
