Financial Operations Analyst

Own the cash operations queue end-to-end, resolving payment queries, deposit exceptions, and operational issues.
Ensure reconciliations are dependable and audit-ready while maintaining accurate records.
Act as the primary operational contact for banking and payment partners to drive recalls, rejects, and escalations.
Strengthen financial controls by identifying recurring failure points and implementing risk-reducing improvements.
Collaborate with Product and operations teams to resolve root causes of customer funding or withdrawal issues.
Support cross-functional change initiatives including partner migrations, account conversions, and treasury projects.
Use AI and automation to streamline investigations and workflows while maintaining human oversight for auditability.
