Engineering at Flashbots

You will tackle complex technical challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, blockchain infrastructure, and trusted compute. We build high-performance backend infrastructure for rollups, including block builders and sequencers, often powered by TEE technology. Our engineers own critical infrastructure across CI/CD, observability, and automation, supporting production systems serving millions of users. You will contribute to open-source infrastructure projects, advancing the MEV ecosystem and blockchain scalability, using Rust or Go for high-performance, secure systems. We debug production systems at the OS, network, or runtime level, driving reliability improvements across the stack.
