- Provide practical sound legal advice and counsel to internal teams, and management on all legal issues concerning the employment relationship
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements and mutual separation/exit agreements, and employment-related documentation
- Monitor and interpret employment law developments across APAC and other international jurisdictions
- Support client onboarding and offboarding processes by summarizing country-specific employment risks, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Strategically and cost-effectively manage and partner with outside counsel in employment litigation matters
- Advising and counselling on day-to-day issues as well as strategic and systemic projects
- Support internal training initiatives by providing legal guidance on labor law topics
