- Provide practical sound legal advice and counsel to internal teams and management on employment relationship issues.
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements, mutual separation/exit agreements, and employment-related documentation.
- Monitor and interpret employment law developments across APAC and other international jurisdictions.
- Support client onboarding and offboarding processes by summarizing country-specific employment risks.
- Strategically manage and partner with outside counsel in employment litigation matters.
- Advise on day-to-day issues as well as strategic and systemic projects.
- Support internal training initiatives by providing legal guidance on labor law topics.
