Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Senior Account Manager or Customer Success Manager roles.
  • Deep advisory depth in pharma or life sciences.
  • Experience in global-to-local adaptation and deployment of standard packaged solutions.
  • Ability to conduct strategic conversations with VP/Director level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of pharma and life sciences commercial and medical contexts.
  • Proven experience in managing change and driving client-side adoption.
  • Commercial acuity with experience managing renewals, expansion targets, and P&L.
  • Strong influence and coordination skills for working across cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
  • Digital-first operational style with proficiency in CRM and health scoring tools.
  • Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships from sales handoff through the full lifecycle.
  • Lead change management to ensure client stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Provide omnichannel advisory guidance on HCP engagement models and digital channel strategies.
  • Oversee account renewals and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Define and promote packaged solutions based on cross-portfolio demand patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution prioritization and launch.
  • Own the SMB segment P&L, tracking key metrics like NRR, ARR, and churn rate.
  • Coordinate the transition of accounts that outgrow the SMB tier to the strategic accounts team.
