Requirements
- Prior sales experience (phone, in-person, insurance, or retail)
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Compassion and empathy when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable with PC operations, software, and video conferencing
- Ability to type notes effectively
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work Monday-Thursday 9-hour shifts and Fridays until 12 PM PST
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads who have expressed interest in preplanning
- Conduct approximately 200 dials per day
- Set client appointments for the Field Sales team
- Provide accurate information to help educate clients
- Maintain effective notes in CRM systems
