Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate the quality, accuracy, and relevance of search results generated across social media platforms, with a focus on Italian-language content and queries.
- Analyse social media posts, hashtags, trending topics, and user-generated content to ensure search engine outputs align with platform guidelines and community standards.
- Provide structured, objective feedback and detailed assessments on search result performance, contributing to ongoing algorithm improvement within the social media environment.
- Identify and flag misleading, irrelevant, or low-quality content appearing in Italian-language social media search results, maintaining a high standard of digital integrity.
- Monitor and assess how social media trends, viral content, and cultural nuances in the Italian-speaking community impact search engine behaviour and outputs.
- Complete assigned evaluation tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining consistently high accuracy scores and adherence to internal quality benchmarks.
- Stay informed about developments in social media platforms, emerging digital content formats, and Italian-language internet culture to ensure evaluations remain relevant and current.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams by participating in calibration sessions, training updates, and process improvement initiatives related to search engine performance.
