Professional experience of headhunting from an executive search firm or in-house search function in the Technology industry Experience training senior stakeholders in headhunting Knowledge of tools for identifying future talent, including market mapping Ability to interview candidates using behavioural techniques Strong analytical problem-solving ability Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or a people-based subject Good level of Maths at High school Experience working with senior stakeholders to develop learning programmes Experience conducting behavioural, competency-based interviews
