Requirements
- Professional experience of headhunting from an executive search firm or in-house search function in the Technology industry
- Experience training senior stakeholders in headhunting
- Knowledge of tools for identifying future talent, including market mapping
- Ability to interview candidates using behavioural techniques
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or a people-based subject
- Good level of Maths at High school
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to develop learning programmes
- Experience conducting behavioural, competency-based interviews
Responsibilities
- Develop a search strategy for the business
- Coach senior leadership teams on talent sourcing
