Requirements
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Have previous hands-on experience with PHP, Golang or React.
- Have experience working in e-commerce environments.
- Understand Developer Experience (DX).
- Know SLO and SLI concepts.
- Have strong leadership and people management skills.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English (B2/C1).
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineering teams.
- Drive engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage project planning, execution and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders.
- Support technical decision-making and engineering best practices.
- Improve engineering processes and developer experience.
- Monitor project scope, quality, timelines and delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
