Requirements
- 1+ year of people management experience leading a team of sellers or recruiters at a high-growth startup
- Strong grasp of sales management fundamentals including pipeline hygiene and input metrics
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping new hires
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building trust with a team
- Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce data to inform coaching priorities
- Familiarity selling into or working with healthcare personas is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to hit and exceed activity and output targets
- Own rep skill development by diagnosing performance gaps and building coaching plans
- Review call and meeting recordings systematically to deliver feedback and reinforce best practices
- Manage the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard to identify trends and address gaps
- Lead portions of the hiring process and execute onboarding and ramp milestones for new members
- Implement performance management processes in collaboration with the Director
- Foster a high-accountability team culture
