- Hands-on experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in performing threat modeling and architecture reviews.
- Experience managing third-party penetration testing and vendor coordination.
- Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams.
- Ability to automate manual processes and security tasks.
- Commitment to ongoing incident response and on-call rotations.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, and cloud security controls.
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines for automated and repeatable secure deployments.
- Conduct regular security assessments, threat modeling, and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead cross-team initiatives to improve security posture while maintaining speed and innovation.
- Manage the vulnerability management program, including triage, tracking, and reporting on risk reduction.
- Coordinate third-party penetration tests and track remediation of findings.
- Mentor engineers on security best practices and promote security-by-design culture.
- Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and post-incident reviews.
